Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Administrator to support their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review estimates using Xactimate; Symbility experience is a plus
• Support desk-adjuster-style operations including plan review, documentation, and claim tracking
• Communicate with adjusters, team members, and clients to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Xactimate (required)
• Experience with Symbility (preferred but not required)
• Background in adjusting, insurance, roofing, or restoration industries
• Technologically confident and able to navigate project management systems
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
