THIS IS A 1099 LONG TERM-Remote Position

You are one of the following:
1. A recent or soon-to-be college graduate interested in higher-income SaaS sales
2. Experienced Account Manager/Development Representative/BDR who is ready for sales
3. Experienced top producer, a self-driven sales executive looking to leverage your earning skills and build a long-term career.

You have to be the person who understands and will follow up with each contact every other day, or you won’t get the sale; it is a process.

You must have the ability to build relationships and trust in the first 5 minutes, understand sales is a process, and know how to close!

Qualified leads are provided. Your role is to sell. (not train or support; we have people)

You must have outstanding follow-up and organizational skills. You are a self-starter with exceptional phone skills who doesn’t have the word no in your vocabulary. You have proven you can work successfully without supervision by setting your hours and work commitments.

You are a highly motivated consultant, mentor, and trusted advisor, which requires strong questioning and listening skills. You have successfully identified, connected with, and sold to business owners, presidents, and CEOs in a sales cycle.

You are a fast learner who loves hands-off professional support with exceptional training, continual support, mentoring, coaching, and accountability. A plus, but not necessary, is personal and professional experience within the construction industry, business management tools, architecture, trades, and project controls. You have consistently achieved selling success in the B2B environment, earning more than $80K a year with a heavily commissioned comp plan. We’ll help you get going, but you can’t wait to get paid what your skills are worth! Must be a US legal resident.

Responsibilities:
• Close Deals and earn commissions; uncapped earning potential sales, with quarterly and year-end bonuses
• Prioritize and target prospects by the potential for revenue, cost to sell, and the probability of success.
• Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills.
• Your only role is to sell—training and support handled by other professionals within our company. Followup is wise to acquire additional leads.
• You set your hours and work remotely but must excel at the commitment.
• You understand this is not a position where you will make money in your first month, but the goal and possible high-level income are worth the effort.

Qualifications:
• Recent college grad or experienced sales professional
• Professional cold-calling experience, excellent follow-up, and organizational skills
• Consultative selling skills: we provide a solution, not a product
• Solution-based selling (we will provide training to improve your skills)
• Responsible, accountable, and looking to grow
• You are seeking a career, not looking for a job
• Absolute honesty and integrity. It’s not just a saying; we live by it throughout the company.
• Required to live and legally reside in the US.
