• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Experience working with K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, or school leaders
• Comfort with educational technology and enthusiasm for AI in instruction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
