Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Learning Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with sales partners and customers to develop professional learning plans for product adoption
• Conduct engaging virtual and onsite professional learning sessions and manage all related documentation
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer needs and produce reports on account progress and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in providing professional learning in K-5 education or educational technology
• 5+ years of experience as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, or instructional coach in elementary education
• Knowledge of education research, legislation, and research-based literacy instruction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel up to 60% during peak season
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to set and achieve measurable goals
