Production Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production support activities and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Monitor, triage, and resolve support tickets while collaborating with business users and IT groups
• Oversee application support, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and end-user assistance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of diverse IT work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Health Care (Medicare/Medicaid, Members, Providers, Claims, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of version control tools like GIT
• 5+ years of experience with AWS, Microsoft SQL Server, and EDI Healthcare
