Production Support Engineer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering or systems development
• Strong expertise in MongoDB and JavaScript development
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Kafka, Splunk, Kubernetes, and Rancher
• Strong SQL development experience
