Production Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assurance Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Update, monitor, and maintain production jobs on the mainframe and other ETL processes
• Coordinate problem resolution activities and create incident reports on failed production runs
• Analyze job structures and implement improvements while managing production schedules and backups

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or advanced education preferred
• 2+ years of experience with mainframe processing
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in an enterprise environment with mainframe batch processing
• Strong technical skills and experience with data analysis and relational databases
