• Own and optimize the end-to-end cardholder experience across key channels, including websites and IVR systems

• Track and analyze channel performance to develop data-driven recommendations and marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or digital experience
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
• Analytical mindset to use data for decision-making and improving customer experience
• Familiarity with web CMS, Google platforms, and data tools like PowerBI and Tableau
• Experience engaging with customers on social media and review platforms
