Product Manager, Outbound Orchestration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Outbound Orchestration - Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess Acqueon assets for Outbound orchestration and formulate an integration strategy
• Translate integration requirements into backlog features, epics, and user stories
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team to ensure clear and prioritized integration requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in software product management with 2+ years in SaaS products
• Experience in Outbound Campaign Management and regulatory compliance requirements
• Understanding of blended Contact Center workflow business processes
• Experience deploying applications on public cloud platforms at scale is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business field; advanced degree is a plus
