A company is looking for a Product Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategy by mapping lifecycle touch-points and crafting multi-channel engagement journeys
• Partner in product discovery through problem framing, user research, and prototype testing
• Design and run experiments, setting success metrics and iterating based on insights

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle or growth marketing programs
• Proficient in engagement analytics, SQL or BI tools, and A/B-testing frameworks
• Technical literacy with HTML/CSS/JSON for template adjustments and troubleshooting
• Experience in framing problems and prioritizing experiments like a Product Manager
• Collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments
