Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement functions for labor, staffing, and consulting services in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for staffing, labor, and consulting requests
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into procurement strategies
• Facilitate Statement of Work (SOW) projects, including legal reviews and contract execution

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required
• 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience; 5+ years of overall professional experience preferred
• Experience managing technical vendors and contracts for IT and engineering solutions is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple SOWs and MSAs efficiently
• Familiarity with procurement systems such as Ironclad, Workday Strategic Sourcing, and others is preferred
