Process Improvement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist, which is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor systems, triage incidents, and resolve issues related to automation built in UiPath
• Support RPA controller activities, including bot monitoring and troubleshooting
• Act as a software detective to identify and solve issues within critical business systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Blue Prism and IT troubleshooting
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for shift work, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in engineering support related to automation tools
