Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Core Banking functions, merchant, and Biller management
• Undergo knowledge transfer and shadow support for the first three months, transitioning to primary support by the fourth month
• Handle critical issues outside of standard working hours to ensure continuity of support

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in process and tech support, specifically in Core Banking, Merchant, and Billing systems
• Basic knowledge of Java and SQL is preferred
• No specific educational qualifications required
• Flexibility in handling issues outside of regular hours
• Experience with finance, payment processing, and adherence to SOPs and security standards
