Principal Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager - Core Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for platform improvements
• Define and execute technical programs focused on capacity planning, performance optimization, and reliability enhancements
• Manage the full lifecycle of technical programs, including forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on software teams as Development Manager or TPM
• Technical understanding of systems involved, with a willingness to develop domain expertise
• Experience defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs
• B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Discipline preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments
