Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer who will lead technology modernization and software engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for technology modernization and adoption of modern software practices
• Oversee delivery management for timely and high-quality software releases
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or 4+ years of related experience
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with C#, Typescript, and Java, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable distributed systems
• 5+ years of expertise in relational databases and understanding of security best practices
• 5+ years of experience in developing RESTful APIs and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
