Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Red Team Operator, Offensive Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of red team engagements and manage teams of consultants
• Scope and solution red team engagements based on client security needs
• Oversee multiple red team engagements to ensure delivery meets client expectations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in offensive cybersecurity, with 2+ years specifically in red teaming
• Proven ability to lead and deliver cybersecurity assessments
• Deep understanding of red team operations and thought leadership in at least one area
• Experience with defensive tools/processes and their impact on red team operations
• Ability to manage and coach a team of information security professionals
