Principal Quality Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Quality Engineer/Manager to lead the QA function across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing QA team, including hiring and mentoring
• Architect and implement test automation frameworks for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define effective test strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing QA engineers or similar technical team members
• Deep experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools
