Principal QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Quality Engineer/Manager to lead and build a QA function across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing QA team, including hiring and mentoring
• Architect and implement test automation frameworks for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and manage the QA roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a people manager
• Deep experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies
