Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, transforming product vision into actionable roadmaps and releases
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and alignment on objectives
• Engage with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure product delivery aligns with business objectives and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of experience leading business processes and system changes
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy claims and experience with data analytics
• Proven ability to influence across all organizational levels
• Experience managing complex development projects in dynamic environments
