Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Tech Product Manager for Conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate product vision and strategy for the Conversational AI product suite
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of the product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly with SaaS products
• Preferred experience in building Conversational AI products and features
• Proven ability to develop product strategy and drive roadmap planning in an agile environment
• Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus
