Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Process Engineer - Snacking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of process engineering strategies for the Salty Snacks division
• Manage and execute critical process-focused engineering projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical specialists in process engineering skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering; a master's degree is preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in snacking process engineering
• Experience in process designs focused on food safety and quality
• Familiarity with various operations such as dough mixing, extrusion, and frying systems
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex engineering projects
