Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Platform Engineer (Tooling).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and refine coding standards and best practices for platform services, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to analyze workload demands and enhance automation for optimized workflows
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting their growth and adherence to industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale production environments
• Proven expertise in Go, with the ability to build scalable and reliable solutions
• Understanding of complex system architectures and design patterns for globally distributed services
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position
• Deep understanding of event-driven orchestration systems and hands-on experience with relational and time series databases
