Principal Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle - Principal Management Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex project work across the health system, including technical analyses and facilitation of multi-disciplinary groups
• Apply improvement methodologies and management techniques to support improvement initiatives
• Develop and teach continuous improvement training and collaborate with team members to meet educational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience required
• Equivalent industry training and experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of data gathering techniques and process improvement tools
