Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to deliver AI-powered agents integrated into HR and Financial workflows
• Evaluate and select AI tools and frameworks for scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to implement AI-based automation solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product engineering for cloud products
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation
• Deep understanding of LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Experience with enterprise-grade AI architectures and large-scale automation
