Principal Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Learning Experience Designer, AI Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion and strategize AI integration into learning design workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, and implement best-in-class AI tools and establish ethical guidelines for their use
• Lead the design and development of complex learning solutions while mentoring less experienced designers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate experience in instructional and learning experience design
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise-level AI tools in instructional design contexts
• 5+ years of experience leading large, complex learning projects in a technology-focused environment
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Adult Learning, Learning Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
