Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure strategic customers maximize value from the platform and document ROI delivered
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop success plans and deliver Executive Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or a related field
  • Experience managing $4-6M ARR with large Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers
  • Proven track record of impacting customer results through strategic consulting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop situational awareness
  • Experience with SaaS platforms is desired but not required
