Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Core Network Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical network architectures
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the engineering team
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure alignment with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in an ISP environment and 7+ years in designing network architectures
• Expert knowledge in routing protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS
• Extensive experience in evaluating and troubleshooting network hardware, particularly from Juniper, Arista, and Cisco
• Advanced industry certifications such as JNCIE or CCIE-SP preferred
