Principal Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Backend Engineer, Agentic AI (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Agentic AI solutions, including sophisticated AI agents
• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using LLMs and related technologies
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years with a B.S., 12+ years with an M.S., or 10+ years with a PhD in a related field
• 6+ years of experience in leading SAAS and hybrid-cloud application development
• 3+ years of experience with Agentic AI platforms and AI-based conversational UI
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Scala, or Java, with distributed systems experience
• Proven expertise in platform development and cloud application design
