Lead and develop team members while overseeing multiple concurrent projects/programs
Perform process verification/validation audits and present actionable recommendations
Support business teams in identifying and delivering significant business improvements through process improvement methodologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, health care, information systems, statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Seven years of experience in a related field, typically in two subject areas
Continuous learning and progress toward relevant certification is highly preferred
Formal training in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
Working knowledge of project management disciplines and methods, as well as proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and SAS
