Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Bill Escalation Specialist responsible for initiating the billing process and ensuring compliance with billing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor intake processes and work on EDI rejections daily
• Assist colleagues with escalation resolution and provide feedback on front-end processes
• Request and log missing information from clients and assist with resolution of overlaps

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least two years of experience in data entry and medical billing preferred
• Ability to understand and apply relevant laws and regulations
• Basic computer skills including use of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic math skills and touch 10 key skills
