Job Summary

A company is looking for a Preauthorization Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes authorizations, redirections, and denials per specific payor's guidelines
• Screens for member eligibility and retrieves clinical notes from external providers
• Schedules appointments for outgoing orders and internal orders for in-house specialties and imaging

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
