Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues, performing root cause analysis and ensuring resolution
• Triage and debug customer issues during POCs, implementations, and production phases
• Assist in training for POCs and implementations, contributing to knowledge bases

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment
• Understanding of APIs, SDKs, cloud computing, and software architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and microservices architectures
• Experience with mobile app development and knowledge of related technologies is a plus
