Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development | Pre-Sales Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage system and domain expertise for client discovery and scoping
• Develop proposals and statements of work while maintaining client relationships
• Capture relevant information in the CRM system and stay updated on partner products

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative selling related to HCM or WFM systems
• Proven ability to support relationships with mid-level and C-level leaders
• Experience working independently without daily supervision
• Ability to multi-task between different opportunities and clients
