Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage personal injury cases through pre-litigation
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular case updates to clients
• Gather and organize legal documents, analyze medical records, and draft settlement demands

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience managing personal injury tort cases
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Prior experience in litigation or pre-litigation at a law firm is highly desired
• Strong understanding of auto accident claims and settlement negotiations
• Familiarity with auto and health insurance subrogation is a plus
