Key Responsibilities

• Establishes and leads the strategic direction for a portfolio of learning experiences aligned with workforce trends
• Develops relationships with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and emerging alignment
• Monitors portfolio performance through data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Sociology, Anthropology, or a relevant field from an accredited institution
• At least 10 years of experience in higher education, workforce education, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in collaboration across academic and operational teams
• Industry-specific credentials and certifications may be required
• Preferred experience in portfolio leadership and online learning environments
