Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Product Manager to join their Policy Team and shape the future of trustworthy AI development.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor AI regulatory landscapes and translate requirements into in-product content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Policy Packs and compliance content for the product
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify regulatory needs and opportunities for innovation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI policy, trust and safety, or compliance, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience working with legal, compliance, and engineering teams on policy-aligned features
• Strong understanding of AI policies, standards, and regulatory environments
• Proven track record of building and launching technical products
• AI fluency or willingness to learn is required
