Policy Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP, Policy Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on policy requirements, interpretations, and compliance
• Develop and enhance Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) Policy, Standards, and Procedures
• Engage with stakeholders to track and influence the implementation of WCR Policy requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in policy development and governance
• Experience in Wholesale Credit Risk or related Risk Management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an advanced degree is a plus
• Ability to perform independently and stay organized
• Knowledge of financial services is a plus
