Platform Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Security Engineer to join their Information Security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure cloud environments by collaborating with Engineering and DevOps to design and maintain secure architectures
• Drive cloud security and standards management through vulnerability and configuration management for cloud resources
• Mature CI/CD pipeline security by integrating automated security testing and managing security practices

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in security engineering, DevOps, IT, or software development
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud providers, including Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Background in cloud identity and access management services
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ability to write automation scripts
• Aware of security threats, controls, and frameworks relevant to cloud and application environments
