Pilot

Location: Remote-Based | Global Operations
Job Type: Contract | Flexible Schedule

About Us

We are a U.S.-based aviation logistics company specializing in aircraft repositioning and ferry flight services for commercial airlines, leasing firms, asset managers, and private operators. From intercontinental delivery flights to post-maintenance repositioning, we provide full-scope flight support including permits, dispatch, international coordination, and crew management.

As our global operations expand, we are building our flight crew roster with experienced, type-rated Airbus and Boeing pilots available for contract-based ferry and repositioning assignments.

Position Overview

We are seeking highly qualified pilots’ type-rated on one or more Airbus and/or Boeing platforms (including A220, A320, A330, A350, B737, B757, B767, B777, B787, B747) to support repositioning, delivery, and end-of-lease flights around the world. This role is project-based, with pilots activated as needed by mission scope, location, and aircraft type.

• Ensure regulatory and aircraft documentation is complete and valid (airworthiness, insurance, permits, MEL/CDL considerations)
• Coordinate with dispatch, flight support, and operational control for clearances, slots, crew logistics, and delivery timelines
• Conduct thorough preflight/postflight inspections, verify maintenance signoffs, and ensure aircraft readiness
• Serve as a professional representative of our company and clients at handover points, MROs, or customs inspection locations
• Maintain pilot logbooks and submit post-mission reports/documentation
• Operate with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and safety

Required Qualifications

• Type-rated and current on at least one Airbus or Boeing aircraft family
• Recent flight time (within 12–24 months) on aircraft type
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time, including 500+ hours PIC or SIC on type
• Experience operating internationally and ferrying aircraft preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory procedures (ICAO, FAA, EASA, international overflight)

• Valid passport with ability to travel worldwide
• Fluent in English

Preferred Experience
• One or more type ratings (A220, A320, A330, A350, B737, B757, B767, B777, B787, B747)
• Previous ferry/delivery flight experience
• Familiarity with non-revenue repositioning operations
• Experience working with OEMs, leasing firms, or repossession teams
