Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards and professional networks
• Experience with ATS and CRM platforms
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Preferred certifications: CPRP, PHR, SPHR, RACS, or RACR
