Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phone Audit Supervisor to manage the workflow of audits assigned to an auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage field audit team and assess performance
• Assign work to auditors to ensure adequate workload and provide technical support
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and annual reviews for auditors

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rules
• 3 years' experience as an auditor
• Familiarity with audit procedures for multiple states
• Ability to manage a team and work independently
• Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing, and email
