Pharmacy Network Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Network Product Strategy Manager, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pharmacy network product and Health Equity strategy based on market dynamics and member utilization
• Lead the end-to-end development of new pharmacy network and health equity products, including performance tracking
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to collaborate on pharmacy network initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience in pharmacy benefit management or related healthcare fields
• 2+ years of experience within pharmacy or pharmacy provider networks
• Financial acumen experience including P&L and product analytics
• Experience launching new products from ideation to commercialization
• Familiarity with the Product Development Lifecycle
