Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls for medication adherence and prescription management
• Ensure productivity standards are met while providing clerical and administrative support to clinical staff
• Respond to escalated inquiries and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy, medical, or healthcare setting
• 1+ years of administrative support experience
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
• 1+ years of call center experience
