Key Responsibilities

• Obtain all necessary site development permits, licenses, and clearances for midstream projects
• Manage multiple vendors and ensure timely submission of permit applications to avoid operational delays
• Lead negotiations and communications with federal, state, and local agencies regarding permitting requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience in construction or the natural gas industry
• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, geology, or a closely related field
• Ability to read architectural/construction drawings and regulatory requirements
• Experience working under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
