Performance Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with teams to simplify processes, manage SOPs, and align procedures with business priorities
  • Leverage data to generate insights on performance metrics and drive accountability across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Physician Revenue Cycle in shared service and/or operations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to influence others
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
