Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and ensure compliance of SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to maintain financial data accuracy
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and streamline financial reporting timelines

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Experience with SEC filings
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting/Business; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite, Workiva, and Shareworks is a plus
