Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's Degree from an accredited LPN program
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license required upon hire
• Basic Life Support certification required upon hire
• Completion of required training for specific procedures as needed
