Key Responsibilities

• Obtains patient history and performs specialized procedures as ordered
• Tracks and monitors follow-up of diagnostic test results and provides related education
• Maintains patient records and ensures compliance with health regulations

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's Degree from an accredited LPN program
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license upon hire
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Completion of IV certification training for specific procedures
