Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll for U.S. employees and maintain payroll records
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and manage relationships with international payroll providers
• Prepare payroll tax reports and support year-end processes, including W-2s and audits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems
• Experience in a multi-state and multi-country payroll environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
