Payments and Fraud Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments and Fraud Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process player withdrawals across various payment platforms
• Monitor cash balances and ensure timely reconciliation while addressing payment-related issues
• Analyze fraud patterns and collaborate with Product to refine fraud prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments and/or fraud operations, preferably in a regulated gaming environment
• Familiarity with DFS or regulated iGaming environments, including KYC, AML, and chargeback procedures
• Strong knowledge of payment processes and platforms such as PayPal and Worldpay
• Demonstrated success in managing vendors and analyzing fraud KPIs
• Willingness to work nights and weekends for urgent payment or fraud issues
